Shanghai Programworks Electronics Co., Ltd is a professional OEM/ODM based manufacturer of digital scales.

We have UNIQUE system to provide customers with fresh designs and good quality products. Here is how we work:

1. We hire 3 designers in United States making scale design draft and put in our design database. Customers can browse those drafts after signing NDA (None Disclosure Agreement) with us;

2. Customers can pick up drafts from the database and we will proceed with a CAD drawing and prototype;

3. Customers place order when the prototype is confirmed;

4. We open mould and start with the order.

Drafts, CAD drawing and prototype are free to customers if they committ an order to us.

Development fee and tooling charge are usually paid by customers; they can be waived if order exceeds a certain amount and customers pay order deposit.

Customers get exclusivity if they pay for development fee and tooling charge or order exceeds a certain amount and deposit is paid.

We guarantee:

* Not showing customers' designs or products on HC's website, catalogues or any trade shows;

* Not showing customers' exclusive designs or products on HC's website, catalogues or any trade shows;

* Not releasing customers' information without their prior permission;

We have also a wide choice of OPEN ITEMS available for any customers with no limit of order quantity. They are 100% ready to put in production.
